Heading up Control Driving is Barry Horne, Barry is a 2 times British and European Race Champion with over 50 race wins. Barry is currently coaching top racing drivers in the Porsche Carrera Cup GB and Formula 1 support series Porsche Supercup. Barry is also a Senior Consultant at Porsche GB where he provides a very high level of track and road instruction.
Partnering Barry is Mike Dumville who served with Bedfordshire Police for 16 years, the last 10 being with the Road Traffic Department achieving the prestigious Police Class 1 with Honours. Mike specialised in high speed pursuits, evasive and defensive driving techniques as well as front line security. Since leaving the Police in 1999 Mike has been involved in heading up driver training programmes for individuals, Diplomats and VIPs.
Partnering Barry & Mike is Operations Director Neil Houston who has extensive experience gained from the business to business sector holding a number of Top Sales, Marketing & Commercial Director roles. Neil also has a number of year’s experience competing at top level Motor Racing
Control Driving Consultants are all qualified to the highest standard coming from a Motorsport, Special Forces or Police background, all holding Dept of Transport Approved Driving Instructor licences (ADI).
Above all they are all good communicators who can tailor an appropriate level of training to suit the abilities and experience of individual drivers.
